I have a toxic BOSS, he screams,call me every minute, can't stop talking all the day,asks me 10 questions in a raw, plays my colleagues off against each other, always hyper...but out of the office he is a sweet man..
I really love this job, except for my manager, and i am good at ity , so i did not quit and i will never quit.Instead i developes a formula for dealing with him.
Put this pins on when he is TOXIC he will looks at me and laugh and realise that i am bothered
Do the same if you love your job.. it works LOL
