-Laissez refroidir, puis mettre au frais quelques heures.

Yesterday I was babysitting my friends twins, but in a rainy day the best way to entertain them is a Movie, that’s why I bring with me Ratatouille we loved it it is a best movie of 2007, we saw it twice and when they sleep I saw it again.. this rat is sooo cute

Coq au vin

Hier je me suis reveillee d'une bonne humeur et j'avai envie de cuisiner un plat que j'adore Coq au Vin,j'ai fais le desordre complet dans la cuisine de ma mere :) mais c'ete super Bon, si vous aimez la cuisine.. Prenez les ingredients et faites le tresssssssssssss bon

Ingrédients :

1 gros coq coupé en morceaux 150 g de lard de poitrine maigre 1 cuillerée à soupe bombée de farine 2 cuillerées à soupe de marc de Bourgogne 1 verre d'eau 1 cuillerée à soupe de concentré de tomates sel poivre 2 douzaines de petits oignons 30 g de beurre 250 g de champignons de Paris Marinade: 1 bouteille de Bourgogne rouge corsé 2 cuillérées à soupe d'huile 1 oignon 1 échalote 1 carotte en rondelles 2 gousses d'ail 3 clous de girofle Quelques grains de poivre 1 bouquet garni
Recette :

Cette recette demande une préparation la veille, la volaille devant mariner pendant 12 à 24 h. Marinade: Coupez le coq en morceaux. Dégraissez-les au maximum en réservant la graisse. Mettez-les à mariner avec les éléments de la marinade pendant 12 à 24 h.

Cuisson:

Mettez le lard dans une casserole d'eau froide. Portez à ébullition. Laissez cuire 5 mn. Egouttez et épongez. Coupez le lard en morceaux. Dans une cocotte, sur feu doux, mettez la graisse du coq coupée en petits dés et les lardons. Laissez blondir 10 mn environ. Ajoutez alors les morceaux du coq (à l'exception du foie), bien égouttés et épongés. Faites-les blondir de tous côtés. Saupoudrez de farine. Laissez brunir sur feu vif. Arrosez alors de marc. Faites flamber sur le feu. Ajoutez les aromates de la marinade, bien égouttés. Mélangez 2 ou 3 mn sur feu vif, puis mouillez avec le vin de la marinade, un verre d'eau et le concentré de tomates.

Salez et poivrez. Couvrez. Laissez mijoter très doucement de 1 h à 1 h 30. Pendant ce temps, dans une petite casserole, sur feu doux, faites dorer les petits oignons pelés, dans la moitié du beurre. Ajoutez-les au contenu de la cocotte. Poursuivez la cuisson pendant une heure.

Faites sauter les champignons en quartiers avec un peu de beurre pendant quelques minutes. Ajoutez-les dans la cocotte pour le dernier quart d'heure de cuisson. Au moment de servir, disposez les morceaux de coq dans un plat creux chaud, avec les champignons et les lardons. Tenez au chaud. Laissez bouillir la sauce restée dans la cocotte sur le feu. Ecrasez le foie du coq à la moulinette. Incorporez-le à la sauce hors du feu, en mélangeant vivement. Versez aussitôt sur le plat et servez.
